Carezhen provides scheduling and communication tools on behalf of the healthcare organization you interact with. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes related to your care.

SMS Messaging

With your consent, you may receive SMS messages regarding appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment rescheduling, patient support, post-visit surveys, review requests, and preventive care reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
